Job Description
Customer Support Executive – Myntra
Processes: Outbound Calling | Inbound Voice | L2 Blended (Email + Voice)
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months BPO experience with valid documents
Good communication skills (Skill Level 4+)
Typing speed: 25 WPM for Voice/Outbound | 35 WPM for L2
Original marksheet required at the time of joining
Freshers must have Aadhaar-seeded nationalized bank account and should not have previously worked under NAPS
Shift Details
9-hour shift
Working window: 7 AM – 9 PM for Outbound
Working window: 7 AM – 2 AM for Inbound & L2
Male candidates: Rotational shifts
Female candidates: Day shifts (Outbound)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and queries professionally
Provide accurate resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction
For L2: Handle Email + Voice interactions
For Outbound: Achieve the required daily calling target
