Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach while interacting with customers.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer care, BPO, telecalling, or voice process.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and conversational.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
