Job Description
Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher): SEO, SMO and Instagram
Post as per the monthly content calendar: reels, posts and daily stories for the hotel and each outlet.
Shoot and edit in-house content (food, drinks, ambience, events) using Canva or CapCut, and write captions and hashtags.
Reply to DMs and comments within 1 hour, and pass bookings and enquiries to the outlet manager.
SMO (Social Media Optimisation)
4. Keep the Instagram and Facebook profiles complete and consistent: bio, logo, contact, location, menu link and highlights.
5. Cross-post content to Facebook and share offers and events through WhatsApp Business broadcasts.
6. Promote every in-house event and offer at least 7 days in advance.
7. Track competitor cafes and bars online, and share new content ideas every week.
8. Run small Meta ads only with approved budget, and record the results.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
9. Update the Google Business Profiles for the hotel and each outlet weekly: photos, posts, offers, timings and menu.
10. Reply to all Google reviews within 24 hours.
11. Keep Zomato, Swiggy, TripAdvisor and Justdial listings correct, with the same name, address and phone everywhere.
12. Do basic website SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, local keywords like “best cafe in Indore”, image alt text and event or blog updates.
13. Check Google Analytics and Search Console monthly, and report issues to the web developer.
Reporting and rules
14. Collect content needs (new dishes, events, offers) from outlet managers every week.
15. Share a weekly and monthly report on posts, reach, followers, enquiries, reviews, Google profile views and ad spend.
16. Keep all logins and ad accounts in the hotel’s name, and get approval before posting offers or replying to complaints.
