Job Description
Hiring: Industrial Electrical Wireman / Technician
Company: AGECO House
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Industrial Wireman / Electrical Technician who can independently handle electrical wiring, panel wiring, machine wiring, and industrial equipment-related electrical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial machine wiring and technical wiring.
- Panel wiring, control panel wiring, and electrical jointing.
- Wiring and troubleshooting of CNC machines, PLC-based machines, industrial equipment, and automation systems.
- Electrical installation, connection, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of control circuits, electrical components, cables, terminals, relays, contactors, MCBs, etc.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Support installation and commissioning of industrial electrical equipment.
- Should also have working knowledge of domestic electrical wiring and installations.
- Follow instructions from senior engineers/managers and execute work according to the required specifications.
- Maintain proper safety standards and quality of workmanship at every site.
- Ability to work at industrial locations and travel to customer sites when required.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience: Practical experience in industrial electrical wiring and machine wiring is essential.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of panel wiring, CNC, PLC, industrial machines and electrical equipment.
- Should be technically educated, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Must be able to take instructions from senior personnel and execute work independently.
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Should have a problem-solving attitude and be capable of handling work under site conditions.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for a strong technical hands-on person, not just a general wireman—someone who understands industrial electrical systems and can become a dependable member of our technical team.
Experience with CNC/PLC machine wiring, electrical panels, industrial automation, and troubleshooting will be highly preferred.
