Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Open/close and manage the facility during the assigned shift
  • Welcome customers and assist them at the facility
  • Handle basic customer enquiries and bookings
  • Coordinate cleaning and ensure the facility remains neat
  • Take care of sports equipment, courts and cricket nets
  • Operate and take basic care of cricket bowling machines
  • Issue/collect sports equipment from customers
  • Monitor electricity, water and other utilities
  • Keep track of bookings and customers during the shift
  • Coordinate with the next shift for a smooth handover
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management

Candidate Requirements

  • Responsible, punctual and trustworthy
  • Polite and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge
  • Able to maintain simple booking/payment records
  • Interest or experience in sports is preferred
  • Training for bowling machines and facility operations will be provided
