About Dev Plastics

Dev Plastics is a growing manufacturer of road-safety products, including signboards, road studs, delineators, traffic cones, barricades and other road-safety solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet road contractors, infrastructure contractors, dealers and project sites across Madhya Pradesh

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new contractor/dealer accounts

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable road-safety products

• Share product details, quotations and pricing with customers

• Generate leads, follow up and close orders

• Track ongoing and upcoming infrastructure/road projects in your territory

• Regularly travel within MP to meet customers and visit project sites

• Maintain regular follow-up with contractors, dealers and other key customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory

• Comfortable with daily field travel across Madhya Pradesh

• Willing to travel/tour within the state as required

• Good communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage

• Experience in the infrastructure, road construction or related sector is preferred

• Candidates having existing contacts/network with road contractors, infrastructure contractors, dealers or project companies will be preferred

• Freshers can also apply if they are energetic, confident, willing to travel and ready to learn

SALARY & BENEFITS:

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + incentives on every order
