- Lead initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate communication between finance and operational departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
