Adwisers is a growing digital consultation platform that connects users with experts and professionals across multiple categories through online consultations.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Growth & Operations Intern who can help us grow our advisor network, manage day-to-day communication, support our users and advisors, and contribute to our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advisor Acquisition & Onboarding
• Call prospective advisors and professionals and introduce them to the Adwisers platform.
• Explain the platform, onboarding process, benefits, and working model.
• Follow up with interested advisors and assist them in completing their onboarding.
• Coordinate for profile information, photographs, consultation charges, documents, and other required details.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, onboarded advisors, and pending cases.

Advisor & User Support:

• Handle routine queries from advisors and users through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Help advisors understand and use the Adwisers Partner App.
• Assist users with basic platform-related queries.
• Coordinate with the technical team for application or technical issues.
• Follow up on unresolved queries until closure.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with advisors and users.

Social Media & Community Management:

• Assist in managing Adwisers' social media accounts.
• Plan and publish regular posts, stories, reels, offers, and other content.
• Write basic captions and coordinate with the team for creatives.
• Respond to social media comments, messages, and enquiries.
• Help identify content ideas and trends relevant to the Adwisers audience.
• Support promotional campaigns and advisor-related content.

Platform Operations:

• Coordinate with advisors regarding availability, profiles, offers, and platform activities.
• Collect feedback from advisors and users.
• Identify recurring issues and report them to the appropriate team.
• Assist with day-to-day operational activities required for smooth functioning of the platform.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, onboarding, support queries, and social media activities.

Who We're Looking For:

• Graduate or final-year student from any relevant discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Previous experience in telecalling, business development, customer support, social media, or operations is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Internship Details:

Position: Growth & Operations Intern

Type: Full-Time Internship

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be offered in addition to the stipend
