About the Role

Batangarh is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
2. Conduct candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
3. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
4. Prepare offer letters and appointment-related documents.
5. Coordinate candidate onboarding and documentation.
6. Maintain employee and recruitment records.
7. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
8. Handle day-to-day HR activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
3. Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
4. Good organizational and coordination skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace preferred.
6. Freshers with relevant knowledge or experience may apply.
