Inside Sales Executive | ClassMonitor (Indore - Work From Office)


About Us: ClassMonitor is a fast-growing EdTech company transforming early learning through innovative, interactive programs across 700+ cities in India and 20+ countries.

Role Overview: We’re looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Executives who can connect with parents/schools, understand their needs, and convert leads into customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up on provided leads
  • Explain product features & benefits confidently
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable solutions
  • Handle objections and close sales
  • Maintain records in CRM


Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/telecalling
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Target-driven and persuasive personality
  • Basic computer knowledge
