Interior Estimation & Billing Executive

About the Role:  We are looking for an experienced professional for a company undertaking complete interior projects for residential and commercial spaces, including designing, material procurement, and execution. The candidate should be capable of understanding and analyzing interior design drawings, making necessary modifications, preparing BOQs and cost sheets, generating quotations, and handling project billing. A good understanding of interior materials, market rates, and project costing is essential.

Key Responsibilities  

• Read, interpret, and analysis interior design drawings and layouts.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), estimation sheets, and detailed cost sheets.
• Prepare client quotations based on drawings, material specifications, quantities, and labour costs.
• Calculate material quantities and estimate project costs accurately.
• Have sound knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, furniture, fittings, and their prevailing market rates.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain and verify material rates.
• Prepare project invoices, running bills, and final bills as per project progress.
• Track project costs and compare estimated costs with actual expenses wherever required.
• Coordinate with the design, execution, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure accurate costing and billing.

Preferred Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, and billing.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings and making modifications.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, specifications, quantities, and market rates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for preparing cost sheets, quotations, and billing documents.
• Good numerical, analytical, and calculation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
