IT Technician

We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, installing and configuring hardware and software, and assisting in troubleshooting network and system issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and possess good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Assist in troubleshooting network and system issues Perform regular maintenance tasks on equipment and systems Document technical procedures and configurations Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets Maintain knowledge of current trends and technologies in IT

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 10-15 Kg Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including noisy and cramped spaces This is an entry-level position with room for growth and advancement within the company. The Junior IT Technician will work closely with senior IT staff to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the field.
