Job Description
Handle day-to-day computer and office work.
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, bills, reports, and other documents.
Enter and update data accurately in Excel and other computer applications.
Maintain customer, supplier, stock, and sales records.
Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and basic online communication.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal staff as required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of office records.
Assist in preparing price lists, reports, and other business documents.
Perform other computer and administrative tasks as assigned.
