Role OverviewWe’re looking for an Operations Manager to handle day-to-day e-commerce operations—from order processing to production coordination and delivery. This role ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders (website, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Coordinate with printing, production & logistics partners
• Ensure quality checks and on-time dispatch
• Handle returns, RTOs & customer escalations
• Manage vendors, inventory & packaging
• Create simple SOPs and track basic KPIs
• Support founders with smooth operational flow
• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a startup environment
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
