Job Description
Position Title : Voice International Process – Customer Support Executive
Job Location : Indore
Work Mode: Work from Home (initial 1 month training from office)
Timings: US Shift timings (cab facility available)
Key Responsibilities
-Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-10+2 / 10+3 diploma or graduate in any discipline.
-Excellent verbal communication skills (mandatory).
-Willingness to work in US night shifts.
-Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
