REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER – DHOLERA SIR
Job Type: Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Target-Oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience in real estate sales to join our team for Dholera SIR real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, result-oriented and comfortable working with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and drive real estate sales activities for Dholera SIR projects
- Generate and follow up with prospective customers
- Handle investor and buyer inquiries
- Conduct property presentations and explain project details
- Coordinate customer meetings and site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Develop relationships with investors, brokers and channel partners
- Support the sales team in achieving business objectives
- Recruit, guide and coordinate with sales associates when required
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is required
- Experience in residential, commercial or investment property sales preferred
- Dholera SIR real estate experience will be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work towards sales targets
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills

SALARY & INCENTIVES
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, interview performance and suitability for the role.
Performance-based incentives may be provided separately as per company policy and applicable sales performance.
