Job Description
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic/office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, manage communications, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients/clients in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; respond to emails and WhatsApp messages.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate bookings.
Keep reception area tidy, organized, and presentable.
Maintain records, files, and basic data entry in the system.
Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Support administrative tasks as required by management.
