Job Description
Responsibilities:Incoming calls receive karna aur customers ko proper information dena.Outgoing calls karke customers/leads se follow-up karna.Customer queries ko politely handle karna aur zarurat ke according concerned department ko forward karna.Visitors/customers ka welcome aur basic assistance provide karna.Appointments, enquiries aur customer details maintain karna.Daily call records aur follow-up reports update karna.WhatsApp, email ya other communication channels par customer queries handle karna.Company ki services/products ke baare mein basic information dena.Customer satisfaction maintain karna aur professional communication rakhna.Required Skills:Good communication skills.Hindi aur basic English communication.Polite aur confident personality.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel, email, WhatsApp).Customer handling aur follow-up skills.Fresher/experienced candidates dono apply kar sakte hain.Job Type: Full-timeRole: Receptionist / TelecallerExperience: 0–2 years (as applicable)
