Job Description

  • Identify and convert prospects through referrals, networking , and targeted outreach.
  • Understand each client's financial goals and risk appetite , then inform about various financial products and services.
  • Monitor client holdings regularly and proactively suggest restructuring based on market conditions.
  • Share timely market intelligence , order updates, and investment insights.
  • Ensure KYC and regulatory requirements are met from day one.
  • Handle queries and complaints with urgency.
  • Coordinate with research , operations , and compliance , among others to deliver a seamless client experience.
