Job Description
- Restaurant Manager — Momobuzz / WoksumManage daily outlet operations & staff
- Ensure food quality, hygiene & SOP compliance
- Handle customer service & complaints
- Monitor sales, inventory, cash & wastage
- Manage Swiggy/Zomato orders
- Achieve sales & operational targets
- Maintain daily reports
Requirements: 2+ years restaurant/QSR experience, good leadership & communication skills, and ability to independently manage an outlet.
