Job Description
Restaurant Manager
Oversees daily operations, manages staff scheduling, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains food quality and service standards. Responsible for revenue goals, health/safety compliance, and overall team leadership.
Buffet Service & Pickup Specialist
Sets up, maintains, and restocks buffet food lines to maintain safety and cleanliness standards. Handles customer orders for pickup, packages meals correctly, and manages clean handoffs for takeaway guests.
Store Inventory Manager
Manages overall stock, monitors food and supply usage, places purchase orders, and controls waste. Responsibilities include tracking incoming deliveries, organizing storage areas, and keeping precise stock logs.
Accountant
Handles daily financial transactions, manages payroll, reconciles accounts, and processes vendor payments. Responsible for maintaining profit-and-loss reports, tracking expenses, and ensuring tax compliance.
