Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to lead our daily retail operations. In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of store activities from opening to closing, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage end-to-end store daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and overall store upkeep.
- Billing & POS: Supervise customer checkout, handle billing, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 5 to 7 retail associates; assign daily duties, manage shift schedules, and resolve staff queries.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock intake, conduct regular inventory audits, track shrinkages, and place timely replenishment orders to avoid stockouts.
- Customer Service: Address customer escalations promptly to ensure a pleasant shopping experience and drive repeat business.
