Sales & Back Office Executive

We are hiring a Sales & Back Office Executive for ZS Garments ID Logo.

Location: Near Sagar Juice Center, Indore

Salary: ₹9,000–₹12,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Working Hours: 11 AM to 9 PM

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle WhatsApp leads, customer calls and messages.

• Reply to customer queries and share product details, designs and prices.

• Follow up with customers and confirm orders.

• Manage existing customers and generate repeat orders.

• Prepare bills, invoices and quotations.

• Maintain customer records and order details in Excel.

• Manage stock, inventory and dispatch records.

• Track payments and follow up on pending payments.

• Maintain daily sales and office records.

• Prepare daily reports of leads, orders and payments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of billing and stock management.

• Responsible and organised.

Salary increments based on performance and work responsibilities.

Immediate joiners preferred.
