Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B enquiries for bulk supply, private label, third-party manufacturing and distributorship.
Generate leads through telecalling, online platforms and social media.
Connect with distributors, wholesalers, dealers and institutional/corporate buyers.
Understand client requirements and share product details, catalogues and quotations.
Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle negotiations, repeat orders, upselling and client relationships.
Coordinate internally for samples, pricing, packaging and dispatch.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
Preferred Experience: 1–3+ years in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
