बात करने का तरीका अच्छा हो – ग्राहक से सम्मान से बात करे।

माल की जानकारी सीखने की क्षमता – कपड़ा, क्वालिटी, साइज, डिजाइन, रेट और मार्जिन समझे।

माल दिखाने की कला – एक साथ बहुत माल न दिखाकर ग्राहक की जरूरत के हिसाब से वैरायटी निकाले।

ग्राहक को समझने की क्षमता – ग्राहक किस रेंज और किस डिजाइन का माल चाहता है, जल्दी समझे।

Confidence – ग्राहक के सामने घबराए नहीं।

सुनने की आदत – ग्राहक क्या मांग रहा है, ध्यान से सुने।

रेट समझाने की कला – सिर्फ "रेट इतना है" न बोले, बल्कि क्वालिटी और वैल्यू भी समझाए।

रिश्ता बनाने की क्षमता – पुराने ग्राहक से दोबारा संपर्क करे और नए ग्राहक को जोड़कर रखे।

ईमानदारी और जिम्मेदारी – रेट, बिल, माल और पेमेंट के मामले में गलती या गलत जानकारी न दे।

Follow-up की आदत – ग्राहक ने माल देखा लेकिन नहीं लिया तो बाद में फोन/WhatsApp पर संपर्क करे।
