Job Description

Generate new B2B leads through calling, references, market research and field activities.

Identify and develop new dealers, distributors and business clients.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order/booking closure.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Handle customer objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.

Develop and manage dealer/channel partner networks.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer support.

Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, visit and sales records in CRM/ERP.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Guide and support junior sales team members and help improve team performance.
