Job Description

Launch the new RPVC agricultural pipe range across Rajgarh, Shajapur, Agar, Guna, Sehore, Jhalawar, Baran, Kota and nearby districts.

Identify, appoint and onboard dealers and distributors in every assigned tehsil and mandi town.

Visit farmers, borewell contractors and irrigation suppliers to generate demand and secure orders.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets for the territory.

Plan and conduct dealer meets, farmer meets and product demonstrations.

Track competitor pricing, schemes and activity, and share market feedback with management.

Ensure timely order booking, dispatch coordination and payment follow-up with dealers.

Manage dealer credit limits and outstanding receivables as per company policy.

Maintain daily visit reports, dealer records and a sales pipeline in the prescribed format.

Coordinate with the Rajgarh plant and Indore office on stock, pricing and delivery.

Build long-term dealer relationships and support the dealers with promotional material and technical guidance.
