Logistics Sales Executive (B2B & B2C)

Job Summary:

Drive shipment volume for an authorised Delhivery Franchise by identifying, pitching, and onboarding local businesses, e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, and retail walk-in clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and close new B2B accounts (wholesalers, traders, direct-to-consumer brands, small business owners).
• Pitch courier and cargo services to capture daily outgoing parcels.
• Conduct field visits, build pipeline, and maintain client relationships for recurring volume.
• Negotiate rates based on approved slabs and handle client onboarding paperwork.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of direct sales experience (experience in logistics, courier, or FMCG preferred).
• Strong negotiation, cold-calling, and persuasive communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the local commercial hubs and industrial areas.
