Sales & Marketing Executive

grawal Hearing & Speech Clinic is looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen our professional referral network and increase awareness of our hearing and speech services.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals, develop strong professional relationships, maintain existing referral sources, and create new referral opportunities for the clinic.

This is a field-based relationship-building role and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating confidently, and developing long-term professional relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly visit ENT specialists, pediatricians, neurologists, general physicians, pediatric clinics, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors and healthcare referral partners.
• Develop new referral sources and consistently follow up with existing referral partners.
• Explain the clinic's services, expertise, diagnostic facilities, and treatment offerings to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure regular communication with referral sources and understand their requirements and feedback.
• Track referrals received from different doctors and maintain accurate records of referral relationships.
• Follow up professionally with doctors regarding referred patients, wherever appropriate and in accordance with patient privacy and clinic policies.
• Identify opportunities to expand the clinic's referral network in nearby areas.
• Represent Agrawal Hearing & Speech Clinic professionally during doctor visits, meetings, health camps, and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to organize doctor meets, awareness programs, screening camps, and other outreach activities.
• Collect feedback from referral partners and communicate relevant insights to the clinic management.
• Maintain a daily/weekly report of doctor visits, follow-ups, new contacts, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
• Work toward agreed outreach and referral-development targets while maintaining ethical and professional healthcare-marketing practices.

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical/medical sales, hospital marketing, diagnostic services, or doctor relationship management will be preferred.
