Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiating high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients or leads.
- Sales Pitching: Presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to convert prospects.
- Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call volume targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, answering inquiries, and managing objections to secure sales.
- Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Follow-Up: Following up on potential leads and maintaining regular contact with prospects to close sales.
