Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial processes. The candidate must be proficient in Tally and capable of coordinating with CAs and various banks, including handling bank visits when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate financial entries.

- Proficient handling of accounting software, especially Tally.

- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA) for audits, tax filings, and financial reports.

- Manage communication and documentation with multiple banks.

- Conduct regular bank visits for various transactions and documentation work.

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as an Accountant (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).

- Good understanding of accounting principles and banking processes.

- Ability to coordinate efficiently with external stakeholders like CAs and banks.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel locally for bank visits when necessary.
