Job Description:
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and handle seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, order processing, inventory updates, pricing, returns, cancellations and resolving seller account issues. The role also includes coordinating with marketplace support and monitoring overall account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho seller accounts
- Create and update product listings
- Manage orders, shipments, returns and cancellations
- Update inventory, pricing and product details
- Handle seller support tickets and account-related issues
- Monitor sales and listing performance
- Coordinate with delivery/logistics and marketplace support
- Manage promotions/ads when required
