Job Summary

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, shooting and editing videos and Reels, covering company events and property-related activities, and ensuring timely publication of content.

Key Responsibilities

 Social Media Management

* Manage the company's social media platforms, including **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms**.

* Create and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.

* Plan, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and videos.

* Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.

* Maintain consistency in the company's brand image and communication.

Content Creation & Video Production

* Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging **Reels, short-form videos, and promotional content**.

* Shoot and cover company events, celebrations, employee activities, property launches, site visits, and client visits.

* Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media.

* Edit videos with suitable music, transitions, captions, graphics, subtitles, and branding elements.

* Ensure important event content is edited and published on the same day whenever required.

* Create content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.

### Content & Copywriting

* Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media content.

* Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, and promotional content.

* Create content related to real estate projects, properties, locations, amenities, offers, and company activities.

* Research and use relevant trending topics, audio, hashtags, and content formats.

Real Estate Content & Marketing

* Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Management teams for content requirements.

* Visit project sites for photography and video shoots when required.

* Create property walkthroughs, project highlights, customer testimonials, and site-visit videos.

* Highlight project USPs, locations, amenities, investment opportunities, and other key features.

* Support the marketing team through engaging social media content.

 Required Skills & Competencies

* Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

* Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.

* Good video shooting and editing skills.

* Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar tools.

* Good content writing and communication skills.

* Creative mindset with a good visual sense.

* Basic photography and videography skills.

* Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.

 Qualifications & Experience

* Graduate preferred.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Video Production preferred.
