Role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective legal recovery strategies. Empanelment of legal vendors and enforcement agencies .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal Recovery | Initiate and manage legal action against defaulting borrowers, including filing suits, executing decrees and warrants for recovering dues |
Case & Litigation Management | Oversee the management of legal cases, including reviewing and analyzing case files, developing case strategies, and ensuring timely and effective case resolution. Manage litigation efforts, including working with external counsel, reviewing and responding to legal documents, and ensuring compliance with court procedures. |
Recovery Operations | Oversee recovery, develop recovery strategies, and ensure effective recovery of dues through executing warrants. |
Compliance | Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements |

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification: Law Graduate
Nature of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in legal recovery, litigation, or a related field, with a focus on LAP or mortgage finance
