Job Description
Telecaller / Sales Executive – Female
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller / Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead conversion, and customer follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business leads and potential customers.
- Explain our Bulk SMS, Bulk RCS and other business communication solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Give product/software demos to interested customers.
- Convince and convert leads into paying customers.
- Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales status.
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for customer requirements and demos.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide professional communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales.
- Excellent Hindi communication; basic English communication is preferred.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident, polite and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in B2B sales, software sales, SMS/telecom services or digital services will be an advantage.
