Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with potential customers from company-provided leads.

Understand customers' property requirements, budget and preferences.

Explain available residential plots and property projects.

Build relationships with prospective customers and generate genuine interest.

Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule site visits for interested customers.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups in CRM.

Coordinate with the sales team for further customer handling and site visits.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in telecalling, telesales, B2C sales or real estate will be preferred.

Positive attitude and willingness to work with sales targets.

Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.
