Job Description: Stock Market Telecaller

Job Role: Telecaller – Stock Market

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Call potential clients and explain stock market services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with customers.
  • Assist clients with Demat account opening.
  • Explain trading services and company products.
  • Maintain customer records and daily calling reports.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build good relationships with clients.

Skills Required :

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the stock market, shares, and mutual funds.
  • Confidence in handling customer calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
