Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and connect with potential clients through calls and other channels.

Understand client requirements and explain company services.

Handle client queries and maintain professional communication.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Maintain regular records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in Stock Market Advisory / Share Market Sales preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of the stock market and investment products.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

2. Team Leader – Stock Market Advisory / Share Market Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of sales executives.

Set daily and monthly sales targets for the team.

Monitor team performance and achieve revenue targets.

Support executives in client handling and conversions.

Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews.

Train team members on sales techniques and client communication.

Prepare performance reports and coordinate with management.

Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in Stock Market Advisory / Share Market Sales preferred.

Team handling and leadership experience.

Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Strong knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups and client conversion.
