Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented TeleSales Executive responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, and converting prospects into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
• Explain products/services, features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order/lead processing.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Handle customer objections professionally and work toward successful conversion.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in TeleSales / Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; English will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and computer operations.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
