Reporting To: Management / Accounts Head

1. Job Purpose (Job ka Main Objective)Showroom ke daily accounting aur financial operations ko properly manage karna, financial records maintain karna aur billing, sales aur management ke saath proper coordination banaye rakhna.

2. Key Responsibilities (Main Kaam)

A. Daily Accounting & Records

• Daily sales, purchase aur expenses ka record maintain karna.
• Cash, UPI, Card aur other payment transactions ki accounting entries karna.
• Daily accounting entries ko accurately maintain karna.
• Showroom ke daily income aur expenses ka proper record rakhna.
• Payment received aur payment made ka record maintain karna.

B. Billing & Barcode Management

• Daily billing activities ko properly monitor karna.
• Products ke barcode aur pricing ki accuracy ensure karna.
• Billing entries ko verify karna.
• Cancelled bills, product returns aur exchanges ka record maintain karna.
• Billing mein hone wali errors ko identify karke resolve karna.

C. GST & Taxation

• GST se related records aur documents maintain karna.
• Sales aur purchase ki GST entries manage karna.
• GST filing ke liye required data prepare karna.
• Auditors aur tax consultants ke saath coordination karna.

D. Reports & Management Coordination

• Daily, weekly aur monthly financial reports prepare karna.
• Management ko sales aur expense reports provide karna.
• Different departments ke saath accounts-related coordination karna.
• Financial discrepancies ko identify karke management ko inform karna.
• 3. Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com / M.Com preferred.
• Tally Prime ka knowledge hona chahiye.
• MS Excel ki understanding honi chahiye.
• GST aur basic accounting ka knowledge hona chahiye.
• Billing software ki basic understanding.
• Good calculation aur analytical skills.
• Accuracy aur attention to detail.
• Good communication aur coordination skills.
• 4. Key Performance Areas (KRA)Daily accounting entries mein accuracy.
• Timely financial reports preparation.
• Billing aur accounting errors ko minimum rakhna.
• GST-related documentation timely complete karna.
• Financial records ko properly maintain karna.

• Management ke instructions aur company policies follow karna.
