Billing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Manager to oversee the billing process, ensure accurate invoice generation, manage payment follow-ups, and maintain proper financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of billing operations, accounting procedures, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete billing and invoicing process.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for timely collections.
• Verify billing records, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Handle billing discrepancies, customer queries, and invoice corrections.
• Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and operations teams.
• Maintain billing reports, payment records, and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and applicable tax requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and prepare regular billing and collection reports.
• Supervise the billing team and ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and reduce errors.
