Job Description
Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with architectural blueprints and engineering plans.
Technical Guidance: Check technical designs and drawings for accuracy, perform layout surveys, and set out the site accurately.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct routine site inspections, and verify that raw materials meet industry standards.
Progress Tracking: Monitor construction schedules, track material or labor usage, and report delays or emerging issues to the Project Manager.
Resource Management: Estimate material quantities, minimize wastage, and maintain detailed daily site records.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, vendors, and local authorities to resolve technical challenges on-site.
