Job Description

- Handle computer operations, MS Office, billing, customer complaints, and warranty claims through company portals (Kirloskar, Crompton, etc.).

- Process and maintain service records, bills, and warranty documents.

- Handle government orders and coordinate pump-set deliveries to borewell sites.

- Assist technicians in field installation, servicing, and other technical work.

- Coordinate with customers, technicians, and company representatives.

- Willingness to travel for field work is required.
