Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a Multi-Tenant SaaS architecture where multiple vendors can sign up and manage their dashboard.
- Integrate Meta WhatsApp Business API (WABA) for sending bulk messages, managing templates, and handling Webhooks for real-time delivery status.
- Develop a user-friendly CRM frontend for contact management, campaign scheduling, and analytics.
- Implement secure vendor authentication (Login/Signup), role-based access control, and database separation.
Required Skills:
- Backend: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel).
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL (with strong query optimization for bulk data).
- APIs: REST API development, Meta Graph API, Webhooks, and Postman.
- Additional: Experience with message queues (like Redis/RabbitMQ) to handle high-volume bulk messaging without server crashes.
