🔥 Key Responsibilities

- Prepare burgers, wraps, fries, snacks, and other menu items as per Patty Waale’s standard recipes.

- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.

- Handle kitchen equipment and ingredients responsibly.

- Assist with food preparation, stock management, and inventory checks.

- Minimise food wastage and maintain an organised workstation.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure fast and accurate order preparation.

- Follow kitchen procedures and instructions from the supervisor or manager.

✅ Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Interest in cooking and learning kitchen operations.

- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR is an advantage, but not compulsory.

📋 Work Discipline & Expectations

- Report on time and follow the assigned duty schedule.

- Maintain personal hygiene and wear the prescribed uniform.

- Follow all kitchen SOPs and food safety standards.

- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them properly.

- Maintain respectful behaviour with colleagues and customers.

- Inform the supervisor in advance about planned leave or any unavoidable absence.

🕒 Shift Expectations

- Full-time position with shifts as per outlet requirements.

- Candidates must be comfortable working weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours.

- Closing shifts may be required depending on the roster.
