Sales Executive – Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Jabalpur / Field Work
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field marketing, references, calls and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the installation and project team for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of solar/renewable energy will be an advantage.
