Job OverviewCollegeLeadership is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide students in selecting the right courses and universities according to their career goals. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, managing admission enquiries, and converting potential leads into successful admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with students and parents to understand their educational requirements.
• Provide counselling regarding UG, PG, MBA, BBA, BCA, and other academic programs.
• Explain course details, university options, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and follow up with prospective students.
• Generate admissions by maintaining regular communication with interested candidates.
• Maintain student records, update lead status, and manage data through CRM.
• Assist students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to enrolment.
• Achieve assigned counselling, follow-up, and admission targets.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good interpersonal and student-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Prior experience in education counselling or sales will be an added advantage.
