Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Lal Kothi, Jaipur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations, ERP entries, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting entries in ERP software.

Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

Assisting in monthly and year-end closing activities.

Preparing MIS reports and reconciliation statements.

Coordinating with internal departments for transaction verification and issue resolution.

Ensuring accuracy of financial data entered into the ERP system.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with ERP software (Tally Prime, Busy, SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite, or similar).

Strong reconciliation and data analysis skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.

1–5 years of experience in accounting and reconciliation.

Experience in ERP-based accounting environments preferred.

Preferred Experience

ERP transaction posting and verification.

Bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
