Job Description – Accounts InternPosition: Accounts Intern

Department: Accounts & Finance

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent commerce background

Experience: Freshers / Students can apply

Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day accounting activities.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
• Assist with invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense records.
• Support data entry and basic reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents.
• Assist in preparing basic reports and MIS.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Compulsory knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
