Accountant

### Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely completion of accounting transactions and reports.

### Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment records.

•⁠ ⁠Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

•⁠ ⁠Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.

•⁠ ⁠Manage GST invoices, TDS records, and other tax-related documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor outstanding payments .

•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting reports.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, receipts, and expenses.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and completed on time.

### Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Experience in accounting is preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.

•⁠ ⁠Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
